We stayed at this hotel three days after it opened. It is very modern, stylish, luxurious and CLEAN! the staff is excellent and we loved the house band that played after dinner. We had originally booked rooms at a supposed 4 star hotel that was filthy. Thank GOd the Vega had rooms. If you stay in the Constanta area, just stay here. It is worth every penny!! When we travel again to Romania, we will definately go back to the Vega!
