Ocna Sibiului resort, known as “the Transylvanian seaside”, lies in the N-W part of Sibiu depression, at an altitude of 400 m above sea level and 15 km from the city of Sibiu. The main natural therapeutic factors are: the hyper concentrated salt water of the lakes, the mineral water of Horea’s spring, the sapropelic mud, the local relaxing sedative climate with its tonic effects over the human body.
Today, Ocna Sibiului Spa is entirely renovated, after a thorough restoration process that has followed closely the Viennese architects’ original architectonic line and it has two hotels: Helios**** and Salinas***.

Helios hotel has 8 matrimonial rooms, 39 double twin rooms, and 5 suites, and Salinas hotel has 2 single rooms, 19 double twin rooms and 2 suites. All the rooms have:

The Complex puts at its clients’ disposition the following facilities: restaurant, conference rooms, treatment base, leisure and entertainment center with: gym, tennis court, table tennis, football, fresh and salt water swimming pools, massage, reflexotherapy, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, pools, Darts, disco-bar with a dance floor and an outdoor terrace. Children have their own playing ground and an outdoor swimming pool.
